I have a dream where instead of using Facebook, Instagram and Twitter just to procrastinate, waste time, and complain, people in love with Jesus use their social platforms to point people to Him.
A dream where the lights of the world use their voices to speak truth and love powerfully, driven by a passion for the glory of God and compassion for the lost. Where faith is authentic and people humbly admit their need for Jesus instead of pretending to be perfect.
I have a vision of social media experts, evangelists, bloggers, writers, YouTubers, Facebook addicts, and just ordinary people coming together to learn from each other and grow into a community with a single cause: using the Internet to effectively share the gospel.
If this is stirring something inside of you and you want to be part of this movement, there are two things you can do:
1. Download this using-social-media-to-share-the-gospel-effectively.pdf
on using social media to effectively share the gospel.
2. Join this Facebook group community of people who share this vision and are working together to accomplish it by sharing tips, asking for advice, and “spurring each other on to good deeds.”
