I am currently fighting stage IV terminal cancer. This has been quite a shock to my family, as I am only 39, I have three kids ages seven and younger, and I’ve always been healthy. I’ve found using the Bible to anchor my soul is a lifesaver. I’m sharing some of the scriptures on healing that I’ve been meditating on lately.
On my Instagram account I shared how I’ve been writing these scriptures on scrapbooking paper, laminating them, and then putting them all over the house to remind me of God’s promises.
If you’re looking for some scriptures to meditate on and get your mind focused on healing, I’ve shared some below. Remember that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is and always has been our Healer.
I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.” (Ps 118:17)
“Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” (Acts 4:30)
“Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,” (Psalm 103:2-3)
“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.” (Matt. 9:35)
“and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.” (Matt. 14:36)
“They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.” (Mark 6:13)
“But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
“Blessed are those who have regard for the weak; the LORD delivers them in times of trouble. The LORD protects and preserves them— they are counted among the blessed in the land— he does not give them over to the desire of their foes. The LORD sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness.” (Psalm 41:1-3)
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” (Luke 10:19)
“Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, “Remember, LORD, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly. Then the word of the LORD came to Isaiah: “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘This is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life.” (Isaiah 38:2-5)
“For you, LORD, have delivered me from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before the LORD in the land of the living.” (Psalm 116:8-9)
“You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.” (Psalm 91:5-7)
“The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, “The LORD is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”” (Psalm 92:12-15)

I love this idea. These verses are great, and I love 12×12 scrapbooking pages. This would be so cute around my house! And a perfect display and reminder of God’s promises.
I’m a scrapbook paper fanatic! And these are actually from an 8×8 pad I got from Michaels.
